Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to design and develop architectural plans for commercial projects, primarily within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Create and   modify   detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD software.  
  
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to understand project requirements.  
  
• Serve as a technical resource for the team, providing   expertise   on drawing-related matters.  
  
• Stay updated on industry standards and AutoCAD software.  

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in commercial design.  
  
• Proficiency   in Revit software.  
  
• Ability to produce CD sets.  
  
• Strong portfolio of design work.  
  
• Interest   in working with healthcare systems.  
  
• Hybrid (on-site in Washington, DC and remote) 
  
• Flexible schedule, with initial on-site requirement for 4+ days within the initial four weeks.
