Under the supervision of the Administrator II, the incumbent performs a variety of entry-level analytical duties to complete less complex program related work assignment while serving as a support resource for the Internal and External Budget Sections. Program related assignments include evaluating and reviewing business forms and publications, researching, monitoring, and analyzing financial performance and program data, developing and maintaining web content and documents in various online webpage and SharePoint sites, including SharePoint and FTBNet, and providing administrative support to the Financial Management Bureau (FMB) and Resource Allocation Action Committee. The incumbent will communicate, consult, and coordinate with staff, management, and other internal stakeholders to perform various duties. The incumbent also provides administrative support by organizing, tracking, and maintaining various documents and files for the section and bureau.

Working Conditions

• This position requires 4 or more days in the office per week. It is designated office-centered and may be eligible for some remote work based on departmental guidelines and operational need.
