Requirements High School Diploma or GED A valid driver's license One year experience working in human services or with individuals with disabilities (preferred but not required) The ability to handle children/individuals in crisis safely, with compassion. Key Responsibilities Communicate about issues which impact students and program operation to team and supervisor. Assist in the preparation of IEPs, annual and semi‑annual assessments. Maintain logs and record behavioral progress. Maintain clear visuals for monitoring cameras. Provide informal counseling for students. Maintain a clean environment for students. Track clothing including seasonal rotation. Constructively participate in team meetings and supervision. Implement laundry schedules, chore charts, shower schedules. Maintain confidential student information. Provide therapeutic crisis intervention, as needed. Latham may be able to provide temporary individual housing based on availability. Competitive Pay / Paid Time Off Latham offers competitive pay with a $3 per hour weekend differential. Full‑time employees accrue 5 weeks of Earned Time Away in the first year of employment.
