Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from paper documents, source files, or electronic inputs into internal systems.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Update existing records and correct errors as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data handling procedures.
• Scan, sort, and file documents according to established guidelines.
• Generate basic reports or summaries when required.
• Follow company formatting standards and documentation practices.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet use (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).
• Ability to type efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort working with repetitive tasks and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior data entry or administrative experience.
