Wright Christian Academy, founded in 1989, provides college preparatory education for students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Housed in the former East Central High School, the academy features a full-size gymnasium, performing arts auditorium, media center, and science lab. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases accurately and efficiently. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before inputting.
  
• Review and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
  
• Organize and manage files, spreadsheets, and documents.
  
• Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Good time management and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  
• Reliable internet connection and a computer for remote work.
  
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative work.
