Physician Assistant – Dermatology | Jacksonville, FL

Our client is a fast-growing Jacksonville-based dermatology practice specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. The practice serves patients throughout Northeast Florida and offers a full range of services, including skin cancer treatment, medical dermatology, injectables, laser treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures. The organization combines a patient-first culture with continued growth and investment in innovative skin care technologies.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:30pm ET
Our client is open to part-time work as well (2 days per week)

Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced, motivated Physician Assistant to join our dermatology team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for dermatology, a strong clinical foundation, and the interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with patients and staff alike. This is a wonderful opportunity for a PA who is looking to plant roots in the Jacksonville area and grow within a stable, well-respected practice.
 
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage a full patient panel across medical dermatology conditions
• Review patient history, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and communicate findings in a clear, patient-friendly manner
• Diagnose and treat dermatological conditions, including prescribing medications and performing minor procedures
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all patient encounters in compliance with practice and regulatory standards
• Partner closely with our supervising physician and clinical team to deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience

 
Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current PA-C certification (NCCPA)
• Active Florida PA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and long-term practice stability
• Ema (Modernizing Medicine EHR experience a plus
• EHR experience is a must

 
Compensation & Benefits:

• Our client offers a competitive $125k-$140k+ Base Salary + Production Bonus, health benefits, PTO, license renewals, etc.
