Inspect and diagnose door and hardware issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Work with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to coordinate installation.
Follow safety guidelines and ensure that all installations meet applicable building codes and ADA compliance where required.
Maintain a clean work area and keep tools and equipment in proper working condition.
Document work performed and materials used for job tracking and invoicing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some experience in door and hardware installation or related carpentry work.
Some knowledge of various door and hardware systems, including commercial-grade components.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if travel to job sites is required).
