Job Description

Native English speaker (or near-native proficiency). Bachelor’s degree or higher (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred). Passion for teaching and cross-cultural communication. Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required—we welcome enthusiastic newcomers! Plan and Deliver Lessons: Design engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to students' age and proficiency levels (e.g., kindergarten, primary, middle school, or adults). Teach English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, using creative and student-centered methods. Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning experience. Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students' performance through tests, quizzes, and informal assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support their learning journey. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with local teachers and staff to integrate cultural exchange and enhance the curriculum. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events. Contribute to School Activities: Organize or assist in extracurricular activities, such as English clubs, cultural festivals, or language competitions. Act as a cultural ambassador to promote cross-cultural understanding among students and staff. Adapt to Local Needs: Customize teaching materials and approaches to align with the school's educational goals and students' needs. Embrace and respect the local culture while sharing your own.
