Front Desk Concierge / Move-in Coordinator - Large Senior Living Community We are seeking for an organized, outgoing, and energetic Front Desk Concierge/Move-in Coordinator to join our team at La Sonora Senior Living in Marana, Arizona. Job Description The Front Desk Concierge / Move-in Coordinator participates in all receptionist and secretarial duties at our community with an outstanding customer service and support. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable and friendly, with outstanding people skills but also be extremely organized and systematic with tasks and projects. Responsibilities
  • Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinates all communication received from physician
  • Documentation of all admission and discharge activity
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to work weekend days and some evenings
  • Able to be on feet/walk entire campus and carry/push/pull up to 30-40 lbs.
