Our dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates play a vital role in ensuring timely and high-quality order processing. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Accurately pick and pack customer and wholesale orders according to packing slips and instructions2. Prepare and label shipments using approved packaging materials and shipping software3. Ensure products are packed securely and meet quality standards before shipment4. Track inventory movement and communicate low stock levels or discrepancies5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area6. Follow all standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and compliance guidelines
Who You Are: 1. Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong organizational skills2. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment3. Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and inventory tracking systems4. Physically capable of lifting boxes and standing for extended periods5. While using our products is not required, we encourage all team members to be ambassadors of our industry and share in our passion for wellness and innovation
