The Opportunity: High-Volume Sales & Full-Cycle Search

This is a "360-degree" recruiting role. You will manage the entire lifecycle—from initial business development and lead conversion to candidate screening and final placement.

  • Business Development: Transform provided leads into active search assignments by collaborating with C-suite and senior-level executives.

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Guide both clients and candidates through the interview and offer process with the support of our industry-leading resources.
  • Market Mastery: Gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, becoming a versatile consultant in the national and international marketplace.

  • Office: Newport Beach, CA
  • Hours: In-office Monday through Thursday .
  • Fridays: Work from home / Remote.

  • Compensation Structure: We offer a guaranteed base salary of $70,304 per year , paid as a draw against commission . This ensures you have a consistent, high-level income while you build your pipeline toward significant commission checks.

Requirements

  • Sales Pedigree: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You treat your desk like your own business and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to engage with high-level executives and build rapport quickly.
  • Education: BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience.
