salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Support the insurance underwriting analysts with all operational and administrative tasks
- Create, process, and administer life insurance applications and accounts
- Process a large volume of new insurance applications
- Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Learn and become well versed on how to administer insurance policy cancellations and reinstatements
- Research discrepancies and changes to provide the correct resolution
- Communicate with internal team members via chat, zoom, and email
- Utilize multiple internal software systems to research missing data
- File electronically all pertinent paperwork
