Position: Door Installer

Job location: Wassaic, NY

Hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Pay: $20 per hour

Job employment Type: Temp to Hire

Door Installer Qualifications required

» Certification: OSHA 30 certification is preferred, but we are willing to assist in obtaining it for qualified candidates.

» Skills: Strong basic math skills and attention to safety are essential.

» practice: practice in construction or maintenance trades is highly valued.

» Blueprint Interpretation: capability to interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and assembly instructions.

» Physical Abilities: Capable of independently lifting up to 50 pounds and participating in group lifts of up to 100 pounds.

» Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail for precise installation and repair work.

Door Installer Responsibilities: As a Door Installer, you will play a key function in ensuring the functionality and relicapability of air and watertight doors and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

»Conducting inspections, installations, and repairs of doors and systems.

»Collaborating with the design team and customers to communicate field conditions and facilitate necessary modifications.

»Procuring resources required for installation, inspection, and repair.

»Documenting installation and repair activities accurately.

»Performing other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
