Key Responsibilities
- Data Gathering & Verification: Download raw financial data and standard reports from the company ERP system. Load inputs into existing databases, models, and reporting templates.
- Quality Control: Perform high-level integrity and accuracy checks on data sets to flag discrepancies or formatting errors before senior analyst review.
- Deadline Coordination: Own the monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting calendar. Coordinate deliverables across finance, accounting, and business units, following up to ensure zero missed deadlines.
- Executive Presentation Prep: Assist in updating financial tables, schedules, and PowerPoint slides for the Monthly Management Report and Board of Directors decks.
- Team Liaison & Admin Support: Maintain organized corporate SharePoint folders. Act as a helpful point of contact between the FP&A hub and internal stakeholders for routine data requests.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or data support.
- Technical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Exposure to ERP software, Power BI, or SharePoint is a plus.
