Survivor Healthcare is a telehealth clinic dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with cancer. We bridge the gap between primary care and oncology, delivering virtual, evidence-based supportive care throughout treatment and survivorship.
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team—oncology, occupational therapy, mental health, nutrition, and translational research—while practicing at the top of your license in a fully remote setting.
We're seeking a part-time LCSW who is passionate about helping cancer survivors manage symptoms, navigate treatment, and achieve their personal health goals. You'll thrive here if you're patient-centered, adaptable, and energized by collaborative, integrated care.
Complete biopsychosocial evaluations for new patients; identify needs, strengths, and goals
Deliver individualized therapy using evidence-based modalities
Build rapport with patients and families; provide psychoeducation and resource navigation
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated, patient-centered care plans
Document efficiently in our EMR; track progress toward measurable outcomes
Uphold best practices in privacy and compliance (HIPAA/HITECH)
MSW from an accredited program and active LCSW (one or more states)
Experience working with people affected by cancer -- OSW-C preferred
Comfort with telehealth; excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently in a quiet, private setting with a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and smartphone
Tech-savvy with G-Suite, EMRs, and VOIP (AdvancedMD experience a plus)
Compassion, cultural humility, and the ability to motivate and empower patients
Hours: 10–20 hours/week during business hours; evening options available
Compensation: $55-$75/hour, commensurate with experience
Opportunity to expand to full-time as the clinic grows
100% telemedicine; work from anywhere in an approved state
Clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
A culture that prioritizes clinician well-being and flexible scheduling
Clear, outcomes-oriented care pathways and team backing so you can focus on patient impact
