Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location: New Jersey
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time remote role serving clients in New Jersey. This position involves providing therapy, assessing client needs, setting treatment goals, and helping clients work through mental health concerns that affect their daily lives. You will use your clinical skills to create a supportive virtual care experience while maintaining professional documentation and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
• Develop treatment plans based on client concerns and goals
• Support clients with stress management, emotional regulation, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and mood concerns
• Document all sessions and treatment updates accurately
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow professional standards

Requirements

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in New Jersey
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
• Experience providing therapy or counseling services
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth tools and electronic health records
• Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
