We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee our plant’s supply chain, warehouse operations, and facility maintenance in Miami, FL. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels (from raw materials to finished goods via FIFO), coordinating domestic and international transport, and supervising a dedicated team of warehouse staff and drivers. Beyond optimizing logistics costs and ensuring compliance with SQF and GMP standards, you will also manage company purchasing and oversee building maintenance to ensure a seamless work environment. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Logistics or a related field, possesses advanced Excel and SAP skills, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where quick decision-making and operational efficiency are key.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Make key decisions to ensure effective warehouse and logistics operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage warehouse staff and truck drivers.
- Supply Chain Inventory: Manage raw materials and packaging stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production and timely replenishment.
- Finished Goods Management: Oversee finished product storage and dispatch using FIFO methods to maintain product safety and order.
- Quality Control: Monitor product standards and report any quality issues to the relevant departments.
- Transport Logistics: Coordinate inbound/outbound shipping, manage routes and carriers, and optimize loading/delivery times.
- Cost Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to reduce operating costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, shipping, receiving, and invoicing.
- Compliance & Culture: Ensure all operations meet legal, customs, and company regulations while upholding corporate values.
- Purchasing Support: Assist various departments with necessary procurement and purchasing needs.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain warehouse and vehicle cleanliness in accordance with SQF and PCI Miami standards.
- Facilities Management: Oversee building maintenance, outfitting, and employee services (A/C, alarms, plumbing, etc.).
