The role of a Medical Assistant Instructor is a pivotal position within our Garland, TX location, designed to shape the next generation of skilled Medical Assistant professionals. - - Deliver curriculum content effectively to Medical Assistant students, ensuring clarity and comprehension. - - Mentor and guide students to develop professional skills and industry-specific competencies. - - Utilize practical experience to provide real-world insights and examples that enhance the learning experience. - - Promote a positive and engaging classroom environment to foster student success and participation. - - Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure alignment with institutional objectives and educational standards.

- - A minimum of 3+ years of practical experience in the medical field. - - Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential is required. - - Phlebotomy Certification and Patient Care Technician (PCT) Certification are mandatory. - - CPR certification is preferred but not required. - - No prior teaching experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
