Godby Hearth & Home is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Installer for custom glass and home products. This year-round position offers competitive pay ($20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience), a comprehensive benefits package, and optional overtime during the busy season.

What’s in it for You?

• Competitive pay ($18 - $25 per hour based on experience)
• 7:30 AM to 5 PM work schedule, Monday through Friday, with 45 hours per week and optional weekend overtime

Your Role:

• Install custom shower glass and mirrors in new and existing homes
• Troubleshoot and repair shower door enclosures
• Install bathroom fixtures and door hardware
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and documentation
• Lift up to 75 lbs. individually and over 200 lbs. as part of a team
• Use hand and power tools proficiently
• Communicate effectively in writing and orally
