Job Description

Job responsibilities:
1.Strictly adhere to Chinese laws, school/department regulations, and government guidelines.
2.Work diligently on teaching under the guidance of the department head, aligned with the international high school department's development strategy and project positioning. Ensure the quality of teaching, student learning outcomes, and enhance students' capabilities.
3.Individually craft a tailored teaching plan that caters to the needs of each student. Utilize diverse teaching methods to stimulate students' interest and enhance classroom engagement;
4.Regularly assess students' progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
5.Effectively communicate with the student and management team, such as class advisors and subject head, to aid them in fostering positive learning habits among students.
6.Actively undertake and complete other tasks assigned by the department, including but not limited to training sessions, cultural exchange events and subject-related extracurricular activities.
