Production Associate (1st Shift) Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Second Shift: (Monday through Friday from 2 PM - 10:30 PM)
• Third Shift: (Monday through Friday from shift: 10 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Prepare and cook gummy batches to required specifications (Brix & pH) 
• Monitor product quality, including weight and appearance
• Collect and organize finished product from production lines
• Perform in-process checks and communicate results
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Follow SOPs, batch records, and GMP guidelines

Production Associate (1st Shift) Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or GMP experience preferred (food, pharmaceutical, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes
• Comfortable using basic measurement tools 
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capable of standing for extended periods with frequent bending and movement
• Must wear non-slip shoes
