Location: ProSource Wholesale Butler, PA Office
Pay: $17–$18/hour based on experience
On-site role: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

ProSource Wholesale is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a full-time Purchaser. This role is responsible for creating and managing purchase orders while coordinating with supplier partners to support multiple showroom locations. If you enjoy staying organized, working with details, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll actually be doing:
• Prepare and place purchase orders for eight showroom locations
• Ensure all purchasing requirements are met prior to submitting orders
• Create purchase orders using industry-standard software (RFMS)
• Submit purchase orders to vendors via email or vendor web portals
• Review and confirm order accuracy and vendor acknowledgments
• Digitally index purchase orders and related documentation
• Communicate effectively with purchasers, Accounts Payable, suppliers, showroom personnel, and management

Ideal background:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in purchasing, administrative, or operations support preferred
• RFMS or purchasing system experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
