Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with additional evening hours (4:00–6:00 PM) a few nights per week
Location: Primarily center-based, with some home-based sessions
Position Type: Fee-for-Service
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Most sessions take place in our center, with some hours assigned in home settings.
