**Title: Remote Project Manager | US-Based Candidates only | SaaS/Tech | $70K-$95K + Benefits**
**About the Role**
We’re scaling fast at Paydex and need a US-based Remote Project Manager to own execution end-to-end. If you thrive on turning chaos into shipped products and hate unnecessary meetings, this is for you. This is 100% remote, US time zones only. You’ll work async with our dev, design, and ops teams across 3 states. No micromanaging, no clock-watching - just outcomes.
**What You’ll Own**
* **Plan & Execute:** Break down company goals into sprints, roadmaps, and tasks. You own the timeline from kickoff to launch.
* **Unblock Teams:** Remove blockers for dev/design before they become delays. Be the glue between teams.
* **Communicate Clearly:** Run async updates in Slack/Hubstaff, lead 2-3 focused Zoom calls/week max. No meeting overload.
* **Track & Report:** Set up dashboards in Hubstaff, Asana, or Jira so leadership always knows status without chasing updates.
* **Improve Process:** Audit how we work and suggest better tools/workflows. We want you to make the job easier for everyone.
**You’re a Fit If You Have:**
* US-Based + US Work Authorization Required - No exceptions due to client contracts
* 3+ years PM experience managing software, SaaS, or digital product teams. Agency experience counts.
* Tool fluency: Asana/Jira + Slack + Hubstaff/Toggl. If you’ve used Hubstaff already, bonus points.
* Async communication skills: You write clearly, update proactively, and don’t need hand-holding.
* Results mindset: You measure success by shipped projects, not hours logged.
