HIRING: **Remote Sales Recruiters** (Independent Contractor)

Commission‑Only | Remote | Flexible

Earning Potential: $200–$2,000+ per month depending on referral output

Crezivanta builds cinematic websites for businesses, creators, and agencies.

We’re onboarding **MULTIPLE** Sales Recruiters who can consistently find and refer two types of outbound setters:

• DM‑Based Setters (find their own leads, warm prospects, book calls)

• Cold Caller Setters (call raw Google Maps business lists with no websites and book calls)

**What You’ll Do**

• Source setter candidates from approved regions

• Find candidates through your own methods (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, job boards, etc.)

• Share the role details and ensure candidates understand the commission‑only structure

• Direct candidates to complete the application form

• Maintain a simple weekly list of the candidates you referred

**Compensation**

• Commission‑only

• Earn 5% of Crezivanta’s revenue from every deal closed by any setter you referred

• Typical deals range from $500–$10,000+

• Recruiters typically earn $25–$300 per closed deal depending on project size

• Recurring commissions as long as your referred setter continues generating deals

• Uncapped earning potential
