  • Support data quality, data hygiene and governance practices across Salesforce and related go-to-market systems.
  • Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day system issues, user requests and production support needs in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Support system enhancements, release activities, testing, documentation, training and user adoption.
  • Assist with integrations, workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities centered around Salesforce and connected business systems.
  • Provide support for adjacent SaaS tools, primarily HubSpot, with opportunity to expand ownership over time.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud; exposure to Service Cloud preferred.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, user support, process improvement and system configuration in Salesforce.

  • Experience in a similar company environment or in an entry-level role within a comparable vertical.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and structured change processes.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, reliability, sound judgment and the ability to adapt to new challenges while operating within defined processes.
