Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models and system configurationsCustomize and configure the Salesforce.com platform to meet business needsDesign and develop high-performance Lightning Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Visualforce pagesWork with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agent Console, MuleSoft, Lightning Web Components, and ApexTranslate functional requirements into well-architected technical solutionsGuide the development of test classes to ensure 90%+ code coverageImplement and maintain automated testing, perform bug fixing, and manage production deploymentsTroubleshoot and debug issues, aligning with business needs and technical standardsSuggest and implement improved solutions to existing technical challengesKeep current with emerging Salesforce technologiesProvide implementation guidance for CTI integrations and contact center solutions.
