The Pet Care business unit of Spectrum Brands is based in St. Louis, Missouri with distribution, manufacturing and sales offices throughout the US and globe. As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist for the Pet Care team in our Earth City, MO office, you will be partnering across marketing, R&D, supply chain, and other key functions to bring new innovations to market while ensuring product compliance. This role contributes directly to company growth and profitability, managing regulatory risk, helping protect our freedom to operate, and ultimately supports Spectrum Brands success.
What does success look like?
Success in this role is achieved by building and maintaining trust with cross-functional teams while ensuring accurate and consistent compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating regulatory risks, and enabling business operations through practical and effective solutions.
This position is a hybrid role. Hybrid role offers work from home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. 10% Travel may be expected.
