Salary: $120,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of practical Shopify development experience, with a proven history of building and improving storefronts.
• We need strong technical proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as experience with Shopify APIs and app integrations.
• We value a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, user experience principles, and conversion-focused design.
• We expect experience using analytics and behavior-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or comparable platforms to assess site performance.
• We are looking for someone who can identify friction points in the customer journey and turn insights into measurable improvements.
• We need hands-on experience planning and running A/B tests and other experimentation methods, including multivariate testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• You should be able to manage several priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities are important, including comfort working with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Nice to have: experience building customer personas and mapping customer journeys.

• We will expect you to develop, maintain, and continuously improve our Shopify storefront functionality.
• You will build responsive, high-performing, and intuitive front-end experiences for our customers.
• You will integrate and oversee Shopify apps and APIs to support business requirements.
• You will design and execute A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives to improve performance.
• You will analyze user behavior and site data to uncover conversion blockers and growth opportunities.
• You will keep optimizing site performance to strengthen conversion rates, average order value, and the overall customer experience.
• You will monitor website performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar analytics platforms.
• You will translate data into actionable recommendations and rank development work based on impact.
• You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure optimization efforts support business objectives.
• You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to launch and test new ideas.
• You will communicate insights, recommendations, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You will help ensure our development efforts stay aligned with broader company strategy.
