Were TapBlaze a Los Angeles-based casual mobile game studio behind Good Pizza Great Pizza and Good Coffee Great Coffee . Were looking for someone special to join our team for a 10-week social media marketing internship.
This is a hands-on fast-paced program where youll work on real projects from day one. The gaming industry moves quickly and we want to set you up with the kind of experience and skills that actually prepare you for it.
We have established audiences across multiple platforms and are looking for someone to help us deepen that engagement grow our reach and turn our communities into a stronger driver of installs and brand awareness.

Create social media assets (video static) tailored to each platforms format and audience
Write captions and marketing copy that drives clicks installs and engagement. Not just likes
Schedule posts across all platforms using tools like Sprout or Loomly
Study what works what doesnt and constantly push for better across TikTok Reddit Facebook Instagram YouTube X and Discord
Develop a creative strategy based on the games unique community and growth potential
Stay plugged into our communities and surface trends feedback and ideas to the team early
By week 10 youll be running our social end-to-end setting the creative strategy producing platform-native content writing copy that drives installs and not just likes and publishing across all our channels. Youll have a clear read on which platforms have the most room to grow for our games backed by real data and an active pulse on our communities that surfaces trends feedback and ideas before theyre obvious to the rest of the team. The goal is to leave us with a sharper more intentional social presence than we had when you started and a playbook we can keep building on.
Take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve
Are passionate about games marketing or community building
Have a strong attention to detail and take pride in your work
Welcome feedback and are comfortable iterating even through multiple rounds
Are open to learning and incorporating new marketing tools into your workflow
Photoshop proficiency: comfortable doing clean edits and recreating partial art assets
Solid grasp of short form video content especially TikTok and Reels
Ability to write copy that feels human fun and on brand
Organized and fast under tight deadlines comfortable managing multiple platforms at once
Willingness to learn Premiere Pro After Effects and other tools on the job
Bonus: experience in game marketing or community management
Bonus: a genuine love for cozy mobile games
Paid internship: $20$25/hr
