Join our dynamic and collaborative transplant social work team at Mayo Clinic in Florida. In this position you will complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments, create individual transplant plans with patients and families, and provide counseling and education throughout the transplant episode of care. This position will rotate between all transplant organ teams.

This position includes specified billable patient contact hours dependent upon assigned unit/site.
**This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification; Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) degree.
Licensure/Certification
Florida LCSW license to practice independently at the clinical level as required by applicable state requirements.
