• Uncapped commission with average earnings of $70,000–$120,000 per year

This is a retail-based solar sales role.
• Engage customers in high-traffic retail locations
• Educate homeowners on how solar reduces rising energy costs
• Qualify interest and present customized solar solutions
• Build rapport and trust through face-to-face interaction
• Represent Solar Pros with professionalism and confidence
We are hiring both entry-level reps and experienced closers.
• Motivated, goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable initiating conversations in a retail setting
• No experience required. Full training provided
• Previous sales or solar experience is a plus
• Full-Time | Commission-Based
• In-person, retail-only customer interaction
