Salary: $90,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• We need proficiency in SQL and Power Query.
• We require experience with ETL processes, including SSIS and OLAP cubes.
• We need the ability to assess and model business requirements effectively.
• We require excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• We need the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment and prioritize competing business needs.
• We require the capability to manage multiple projects at once within a matrix structure.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools, such as predictive analytics in Microsoft Fabric, is an asset.
• Experience preparing data and data models for AI ingestion is an asset.
• We value experience working directly with customers in large enterprises and delivering complex solutions.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense sector is an asset.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• A graduate degree with at least 4 years of related experience is also acceptable.
• In lieu of a degree, we require a minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
• We expect strong command of the job discipline, with specialized expertise and, ideally, broad awareness of project management practices.

• We work closely with senior leaders and other business stakeholders to uncover improvement opportunities.
• We design dashboards and develop data strategies for internal teams and external stakeholders where needed.
• We collaborate with colleagues to gather, cleanse, and analyze data.
• We establish key performance indicators to evaluate the impact of business decisions.
• We organize large datasets to extract practical and meaningful information.
• We partner with analysts and other associates to process and interpret information.
• We prepare presentations and reports that communicate recommendations and findings.
• We act as a change agent by helping build a stronger data-driven culture across the organization.
• We engage with planning, production, operations, program management, engineering, supply chain, and other groups in a multi-site environment.
• We turn data into actionable insights for internal customers by applying business insight and analytical thinking.
• We assess the potential uses and capabilities of organizational data.
• We coach and support internal BI contributors to increase their independence and raise overall BI maturity.
• We serve as an ambassador for business intelligence across the company.
