Our Child Care Inclusion Staff engage with all students, with a specific focus on children with additional needs and creating an inclusive environment. Your Role Will Include: Plan and lead activities and games for students with a focus on inclusion Lead inclusion based initiatives Take attendance and communicate with parents/guardians during drop‑off and pick‑up Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for our students Serve as a coach and mentor for other program staff Attend regular staff leadership meetings Open and close program as needed Qualifications: Some formal education experience is preferred but not required One of the following: High school diploma with 12 credits or 120 hours of relevant training and one year of experience in a related field; Associates Degree with 6 months of experience in a related field; Bachelors Degree with 3 months of experience in a related field Salary and Benefits: Competitive pay at $24.58/hour Locations & Shift Times: Locations: Armstrong, Nuevas Fronteras, Valley Crossing & Woodbury Elementary Program Dates: June 8 - August 28. Must be available to work for the entire summer program, other than 5 unpaid days off Shifts: Monday through Friday, 6 to 8 hour shifts between 8:30 am - 6:00 pm We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and inclusion for all children.
