Insight Global is looking for an entry-level Sustainability Analyst / Sustainability Specialist to join our client's growing sustainability function. This role will support a small, highly collaborative sustainability team of two and will play a hands-on role in sustainability reporting, environmental impact analysis, and data-driven research initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate with relevant academic or project experience, or an early-career professional (1-3 years of experience) looking to grow their career in corporate sustainability within a global SaaS organization. The role is fully remote within Brazil and requires strong English communication skills due to close collaboration with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support the completion of company sustainability disclosures, such as S&P Global's Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), CDP Climate Change, EcoVadis, and others.

Research and monitor emerging trends in sustainability reporting and disclosures to help Dayforce maintain compliance and advance maturity across regulatory and voluntary frameworks.

Contribute to sustainability initiatives designed to reduce the company's annual greenhouse gas emissions. This may include analyzing emissions data and supporting programs related to responsible and sustainable sourcing, business travel, software and AI sustainability, and/or event sustainability.

Assist in employee engagement efforts to strengthen organizational understanding of and participation in sustainability initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience supporting sustainability or ESG reporting through academic projects, internships, or professional roles.

Strong Excel skills, including data analysis using pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data validation techniques.

Experience conducting structured research and synthesizing findings into clear written outputs.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, remote environment. Exposure to carbon accounting, greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, or climate-related data analysis.

Familiarity with sustainability or ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP) through coursework or practical experience.

Experience working in a SaaS, technology, or professional services environment.

Comfort working independently in a small team where priorities may evolve quickly.

Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks, raters, and rankers (e.g., CDP, S&P Global CSA/DJSI, EcoVadis, GRI, SASB, TCFD)

Knowledge and experience with GHG/carbon accounting

Experience with corporate GHG target setting and/or emissions reduction initiatives

Experience with sustainable or responsible supply chain programs

Experience with employee engagement initiatives

Exposure to sustainability considerations within a SaaS environment
