• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships and understanding needs.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding all bank products and services.
• Adhere strictly to all security, compliance, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures.
• Participate in community projects and organizations as requested.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of retail banking or retail sales and service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• General personal computer proficiency, with a preference for banking application experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• A sales and service-oriented personality.
• Availability to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating basis.
