Universal Banker (Customer Service, Sales, Financial Transactions, Retail Banking) Job Overview

Leader Bank is seeking a to provide exceptional customer service and manage a wide range of financial transactions. This role is crucial for assisting customers with account openings, deposits, and various payments, while also actively promoting the Bank's products and services. The will play a key part in building strong customer relationships and maintaining the bank's service quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of retail banking or retail sales and service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• General personal computer knowledge, with a preference for banking application experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• A sales and service-oriented personality.
• Availability to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating basis.
