This Veteran Transition Program is designed to help you translate your military experience into a high-impact civilian career in renewable energy. As a Virtual Solar Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing solar projects across the country—without needing to be on-site.
Our structured transition program provides the training, tools, and support needed to move from military service into project coordination and operations within the fast-growing solar industry. No prior solar experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate solar installation projects from planning through completion
* Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects
* Communicate with field teams, contractors, and internal departments
* Support logistics, permitting, and documentation processes
* Identify issues early and escalate when needed
* Maintain organized project records and status updates
