Element Solutions Supply Chain's mission is to enhance our competitive market advantage by leveraging performance across manufacturing, purchasing, sourcing, quality, and regulatory functions. By providing structure and coordination of key processes and critical information across the company’s global Supply Chain, the team delivers results which improve profitability, optimize costs, and increase efficiencies. The Manager Customs & Trade role is accountable for ensuring ESI’s dispersed operating units are compliant with all applicable customs and trade regulations. Success in this position will be largely predicated on the employee’s ability to stay “ahead of the curve” and lead a culture of proactive planning as opposed to reactive response.

As part of our team here, as well as receiving a competitive base salary, you will also participate in a generous performance-related bonus plan. In addition, you will also receive a 401k plan with company matching, Life Insurance, and Medical Insurance as well as 9 holidays.
The typical base salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $120,000 and $160,000 annually.
