Position : Office Manager

Location : Grand Junction, CO

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-office

Schedule : Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility may be needed during peak season)

Pay Range : $24–$28 per hour + Performance Incentives

Position Overview:

Watermark Spas, Pools & Outdoor Living is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, motivated Office Manager to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a key leadership role within our company, serving as the communication hub between our customers, field crews, and management team.

Core Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide top-level customer service
• Schedule jobs, installations, and service appointments
• Manage invoicing, payments, and customer accounts
• Operate and maintain our CRM system (customer and job tracking)
• Coordinate daily schedules with field technicians and crews
• Support employee scheduling and accountability
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Assist with financial tracking, reporting, and job costing
• Keep the office organized and running efficiently

Qualifications and Preferred Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Team player who can also take initiative independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-based business
• Office management, administrative, or operations experience
• CRM software (Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar)
• Invoicing, scheduling, and customer service experience
• Basic understanding of business finances (AR/AP, reporting)
• Experience in pools, spas, construction, or home services (a plus)
